Frances Kunde, age 99, of Milbank died on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at the Milbank hospital. She was married to Kenneth Kunde, and was a former Visiting Neighbor Program employee.
Carol J. Wellnitz, age 71, of Twin Brooks died on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at the Milbank hospital. The wife of Roger Wellnitz, she worked as a CNA and also at United Hardware in Milbank.
Alvin “Al” Rohlfs, 91, of West Fargo, ND, died Saturday, July 13, 2019, at a West Fargo senior living center. He was the brother of Roger Rohlfs of Corona.
A private graveside service with military honors was conducted at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Fargo, ND.
Cleo (Anderson) Mann, age 87, of Milbank died on Friday, August 2, 2019, at the Milbank hospital. The widow of Guy “Gene” Mann, she had been employed at the Madsen/Fields dental office in Milbank for many years.
A memorial service for Lois M. Loof, age 93, of Mesa, AZ, is planned for Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 10 a.m. at Valley Baptist Church in Milbank. Lois died on Thursday, June 30, 2019, at a Decatur, IN, hospital. The widow of Harold Loof, the couple were long-time area farmers.
Gary R Beaulieu Sr., 79, of Sioux Falls died Wednesday, July 31 at a Sioux Falls hospice care center. A former Milbank resident, he was the JC Penney store manager here for many years.
