Office Hours
The City of Milbank Office hours have been temporarily changed due to a staffing shortage. The front counter will be open Tuesdays to Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to Steve Pendergrass, city administrator.
Payments for water and sewer utility bill or rubble site charge account balance can be paid at these hours, using the drop box on the west side of the building or Visa or MasterCard, a service fee will be applied, at www.milbanksd.com/pay-your-bill/.
