The Town of Twin Brooks held its monthly meeting February 21, 2023 with Wiseman and Larsen in attendance. Wiseman called the meeting to order. 

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. 

A motion was made by Wiseman and seconded by Larsen to approve Finance Report.

A motion was made by Wiseman and seconded by Larsen to appoint Jeff Ecker as Trustee #1 for the remaining term. 

A motion was made by Wiseman and seconded by Larsen to approve to increase the tax call for the tax year 2023 payable 2024 and additional dollars available due to growth.

Twin Brooks Local Equalization Board Meeting is March 20, 2023 at 7 p.m. 

Snowplowing, Overhead Door Opener, Repairs and Ambulance District were brought up for discussion.   

Please contact a board member if you want your driveway plowed this year.

Bills to be paid:  Grant-Roberts Rural Water 63.00, Ottertail 431.28, Grant County Review 13.69, ITC 84.08 and Coester Schwandt Law 125.00.

Meeting was adjourned and seconded. Next meeting is set for March 14, 2023 at 7 p.m.
