Board Proceedings

The Town Board of Stockholm held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 7 p.m. with board members Lorraine Collins, Mark Anderson and Tim Nowick present. The minutes from the last meeting were read with a motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to accept the minutes as read. Motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to pay the following bills.

General Account: Sioux Valley Coop, $558.23; Grant County Review, $15.32; Dependable Sanitation, $47.02; Whetstone Electric, $13.59; ITC, $39.10; Jodi Nowick, $230.87; Ottertail, $424.51; US Treasury, $459.00; Gene Kiefer, PA $65.00; SD Association of Towns and Townships, $175.50.

Sewer Account: Ottertail, $83.13.

The Grant County commissioners met with the board to discuss forming an ambulance tasking district for help funding the Grant County Ambulance service. They will continue to stay in touch with the board as this moves forward.

The next meeting will be Monday March, 6, 2023 at 7 p.m. With nothing further a motion to adjourn was made by Anderson, seconded by Nowick.
