NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 681, AN ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISIONS

ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MILBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA

The Milbank Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6 p.m. at the City of Milbank City Office, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 846, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 681, An Ordinance Establishing Subdivisions Ordinance for the City of Milbank, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 846, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of Ordinance 846 on March 13, 2023. The proposed subdivisions ordinance will be made available for public inspection. The proposed subdivisions ordinance is available for public inspection at the City of Milbank City Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours.
