At 6:00 p.m. Chairman Amdahl called the meeting to order. Mike Schmidt recognized a conflict of interest with the board claims.
23072 Motion by Zirbel Second by Miller approve the agenda as written. All voted aye. Motion carried.

23073 Motion by Bronson Second by Rauen to approve the January 11, 2023 regular meeting minutes. All voted aye. Motion carried.
23074 Motion by Rauen Second by Miller to approve the financial statements. All voted aye. Motion carried.
23075 Motion by Miller Second by Zirbel to approve the monthly claims for the month of February 2023. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Superintendent Report: Mr. Schmidt briefed the board on the legislative update. A tutorial of the new camera system as given. SY 23-24 calendar, Title IX training and prom were discussed. Summit School currently has a NTHS bus driver and a paraprofessional opening.
Business Manager Report: Mrs. Christofferson will be attending the NPIP annual insurance meeting on March 15th. Summit School District will receive $13,795.42 in Supply Chain Assistance this month. Friday, February 24 is the last day to file a petition for the two open school board positions for 3-year terms.
Dean of Students Report: NCRC test results are in for seniors. Students have until Feb 24 to register for NTHS. Mrs. Hills attended the Smarter Balance Testing training last week, testing will begin in April. Mrs. Hills briefed the board on the mentorship program.
23076 Motion by Bronson Second by Rauen to approve open enrollment form 23.10. All voted aye. Motion carried.
23077 Motion by Zirbel Second by Miller to issue administrative contracts for SY 23-24.
23078 Motion by Rauen Second by Broson to approve the SY 23-24 calendar. All voted aye. Motion carried.
23079 Motion by Zirbel Second by Miller to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 p.m. All voted aye. Motion Carried.
The next regular meeting is at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
