You are hearby notified that a hearing will be held before the above named Court, Judge Elshere presiding, in the Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 28th day of March, 2023, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. of said day, when the Court will hear and determine the above entitled matter upon a certain Petition filed in this Court praying that all parental rights over said child be terminated for the reasons set forth in said Petition, which Petition was filed with the Clerk of the above named Court at Milbank, South Dakota on September 16, 2022. You will please take further notice that the termination of parental rights is a possible remedy under these proceedings.
