CITY OF MILBANK NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

 

WHEREAS, the Finance Officer has submitted to the City Council, an estimate of special assessment against property as hereinafter set out for the collection of outstanding balances which includes the expenses of levying such special assessment against the said property: 

  Owner: Debbie Whitlow Estate 

  Property: 903 Park Ave, W 55’ of Lot 2 of Subdiv. Karels OL C-1, Milbank, Grant County, SD

Amount: Property Standards $300 + $20 handling = $320 

  Owner:  Leroy & Patricia Rodengen Estate 

  Property: 315 W 7th Ave, Lot 9 Block 6, West End Add, Milbank, Grant County, SD

Amount: Fire Calls & Property Standards $900 + $20 handling = $920 

  Owner: James Marshall Hendrix Foundation 

  Property: 505 S 5th St, Lot 18 Block 40 Original Townsite, Milbank, Grant County, SD

Amount: curb stop repair $395.27 + $20 handling = $415.27 

  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota will meet at the City Office on February 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of approving such estimate, if correct, or if not correct, to modify and correct the same and thereafter approve such estimate as modified and corrected, and files such assessment roll.
