Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Board Members Present: Rodney, Travis

Others Present: 

Minutes of November meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept November minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis. December 2022 meeting cancelled due to weather.

Old Business:  

Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney; research to ongoing.

Fire damaged buildings on Main Street: work to Thaden’s is ongoing.

Discussion regarding Municipal codes and updated City regulations – ongoing.

No other old business.

New Business: 

Kelly’s Kutters presented a bid for 2023 with rate increase to $250/time – Motion to accept by Travis, 2nd by Rodney.

No other new business.

Bills: Ottertail: TBD; Running: $35; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22. Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis. 

Motion to adjourn by Travis, with 2nd by Rodney.
