Winter Adult Programs to Begin at Big Stone Library

Winter Adult
Programs to Begin
at Big Stone Library
The Big Stone City Branch Library will be starting several events for adults in January.
The annual adult puzzle swap will begin on Saturday, January 7, and continue through the months of February and March. Participants can bring in one gently-used adult puzzle and swap for another. Puzzles brought in should contain all the pieces. The most popular sizes are 500 or 700 pieces. There is no cost for the program.
The annual adult reading program will begin Wednesday, January 18, and continue through the end of February. Registration is required for the program. Each adult registered will receive a notebook to keep record of their books. Patrons who return the books they’ve read each week will be entered into the weekly prize drawing.
Additional prizes will be given at the end the conclusion of the program in February for those who have read more than 20 books within that six-week time span.
