Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 4:00 pm in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request by Kevin Souza (Victory Farms LLC) on the following legally described property: S1/2 SE ¼ Section 32-119-48 (Vernon Township) Grant County, South Dakota

• Conditional Use Permit Application, CUP10122022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.10: Conditional Uses in the “A” Agricultural Zoning District #10 – Class A Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations and Article XIII Section 1304.7.a.iv “Exceptions/Exemptions to Separation and/or Setback Distance Requirements”. The applicant, Kevin Souza (Victory Farms LLC) is requesting an amendment to its current Conditional Use Permit which would allow a ten percent increase in the number of animal units for a vested Class A CAFO
