NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TRANSFER OF PACKAGE

(OFF-SALE) LIQUOR LICENSE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday, October 10, 2022, in the Milbank Visitor Center located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue at 7:00 p.m. and will consider the following transfer application:

To: DCDS LLC, dba Cocktails & Corks, 302 W 4th Ave, the North 79-feet of Lot 1, all of Lot 2, Block 4, West End Addition, City of Milbank, SD.

From: DCDS LLC, dba Cocktails & Corks, 107 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD. The West 50-feet of Lots 5 & 6, Block 13, Original Townsite, Milbank, SD

Said application are located within the City of Milbank for the period beginning: Retail (on-sale) liquor license – October 10, 2022 to December 31, 2022;

Notice is further given that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said transfer application.
