Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 8 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider two Drainage Permits. The request, if granted, would control erosion.
1. Permit DR2022-52 for Garry Dingsor, 45256 149th St., Ortley, SD, 57256, for properties owned by Garry, John & Sandra Dingsor (same address), located in the S1/2SW1/4 & W1/2SE1/4 IN FORMER SISSETON WAHPETON INDIAN RESERVATION, and in the E1/2SE1/4 IN FORMER SISSETON WAHPETON INDIAN RESERVATION, both in Section 27, Township 121, Range 52, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. 2. Permit DR2022-53 for Garry Dingsor, 45256 149th St., Ortley, SD, 57256, for property owned by Garry & Sandy Dingsor (same address), located in the NW1/4 IN FORMER SISSETON WAHPETON INDIAN RESERVATION EX LT 1 ALLEN RICHTER SUBDIV & N1/2 SW1/4, Section27, Township 121, Range 52, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
