Doing business in Milbank is going to pay off big for one lucky shopper at the end of October. Patrons of 28 participating businesses will be able to register every time they shop during October for their chance to win a Happy Harvest Basket valued at more than $500.
The basket will be brimming with merchandise and gift certificates from the participating businesses.
Organizers say that the promotion is one way the business owners can show their appreciation for the customers’ continued support throughout the year. It also encourages folks to shop in Milbank every day.
Shopping in the home community supports the local economy and saves the area residents from having the expense of driving. It also allows them to shop in stores that have space to allow for social distancing.
