    Milbank’s Main Street sidewalk and street project has been progressing and the work is now focused in the 300 block. The 100 block is open to traffic on a graveled surface and most of the 200 block can be reached via the sidewalks in front of the buildings. Many Main Street business owners have banded together to let shoppers know the businesses are open and meeting the needs of their customers.
   In addition, the Grant County Review has organized a drawing for a prize of $400 in Old Mill Bucks. Patrons of the following businesses can enter at the stores between now and October 31.
   ACT Accurate Tax & Bookkeeping, Inc., Advanced Technologies, Inc., Ameriprise Financial - Dennis Mears, Boos Jennen Law Firm, Country Closet Consignment, The Flower Shoppe, Grant County Review, Great Western Bank, Guadalupe’s Mexican/American Restaurant, Insurance Solutions Plus.
   JayElle Salon, Koch Insurance Agency, Inc., Linda’s Fashions, Markve Insurance Solutions, Milbank EyeCare Center, Mill Theatres, Now & Then Boutique, Ogdahl’s Barber Shop, Pizza Ranch, Premier Tax and Bookkeeping, Storm Insurance Agency, Studio 318, Triple Dip Lodge, Urban Threads Clothing Boutique, Valley Office Products, Inc./Xerox, Valley Queen Heritage Center and Cheese Store and Whimsy on Main.
   Shoppers are reminded that while parking on Main Street is limited, there are public parking areas west of Great Western Bank or east of the 200 block. The alley to the west of the 100 and 200 block can be driven through to reach the back doors of many stores.
