Sets Preschool Screenings
Families in the Waverly/South Shore School district should note that the three- to five-year-old developmental screenings will be conducted on Friday, November 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all children living in the district or open enrolled to the district.
The screening will be staged at the Waverly Township Hall (formerly St. Joseph’s Church).
Children who will be entering preschool must be four years old by September 1, 2025. Three-year-olds must be three years of age by the date of screening.
Personnel from the Northeast Educational Cooperative and the Waverly/South Shore School will administer the screenings.
All parents of children ages three to five and not currently enrolled in kindergarten need to call Staci Buchholz at the school, (605) 886-9174 or email staci.buchholz@k12.sd.us to schedule an appointment.
