The town board of Stockholm held their regular monthly meeting on Monday December 2nd, 2019 at 7:00 p.m with board members Lorraine Collins, Mark Anderson and Tim Nowick present.
The minutes from the last meeting were read with a motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to accept the minutes as read.
Motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to pay the following bills: General account: Sturdevants, $520.33 for tractor parts; ITC, $26.14; Whetstone Electric, $13.59; Tim Nowick, $480.00- $180.00 for board wages and $300.00 for snow removal; Lorraine Collins,  $180.00; Mark Anderson,  $180.00; Jodi Nowick,  $230.87; Ottertail,  $490.29; Sioux Valley Coop, $534.12 for fuel at community center; SD Municipal League,  $155.30 for dues; Stockholm Refrigeration,  $76.00 for tractor repair; GC Review, $10.18. Sewer account: Ottertail,  $49.93. 
A motion was made by Nowick seconded by Anderson to keep sewer rates the same for 2020. 
The issue of purchasing a different tractor was discussed as the current tractors condition is uncertain. A motion was made by Anderson seconded by Nowick to start looking for a different tractor.
The next meeting will be Monday January 6th, 2020 at 7:00p.m. With nothing further a motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson was made to adjourn.

THE MILBANK YOUTH WRESTLERS gathered for the end-of-the-year awards banquet on Sunday, April 21.  Individuals recognized were, back row, left to right, Elliot Boswell, Paxton Anderson, Sawyer Adler, Liam Prasnicki, William Wyant, Brayden Twedt, Blaze Fahleen, Weston Trapp, Colton Sis and Cruz Prasnicki. Middle, Logan Schneck, Treyton Wellnitz, Paysen Anderson, Jade Skaarer, Lucille Wyant, Reed Trapp, Audrey Schmeichel and Lincoln Kiley.
