The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:10 p.m. on May 11, 2020 with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Kerwin Schultz, Darwin Erickson and Donna Johnson.

Meeting was called to order.

The agenda was adopted.

The minutes and financial statements were approved. Claims list was approved.

GENERAL: Beginning Balance, $89,775.85. Receipts – RE Taxes, 477.75; Munic., 686.18; Sales Tax, 1,345.36; Permit, 10.00; Pat Div., 18.88; Rent, 25.00; Sale of lots, 1,500.00; Interest, 14.10. Total Receipts, 4,077.27. Total Cash, 93,853.12.

Disbursements, (4,501.76); (loan payments) (893.60); Ending Balance, $88,457.76.

Items of discussion included: Federal Property ID cards, EMC insurance, clean up, malt beverage licenses, assessment book and vacancy on board.

Darwin Erickson was appointed to fill the vacancy on the board. No petitions were filed. Wayne Erickson was appointed Mayor.

Motion was made , seconded and approved for malt beverage licenses for Charlie’s Place & Schmieding’s Garage.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:53 p.m.

Next meeting is set for June 8, 2020 at 7 p.m.
