The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:05 p.m. on July 11, 2022 with the following present: Kerwin Schultz, Wayne Erickson, Darwin Erickson,  Donna Johnson and Bob Adler.
The agenda was adopted.
The minutes and financial statements were approved.  Claims list was approved.

GENERAL: Beginning Balance, $119,202.08. Receipts – R.E. Taxes 837,44; Road to City 4.88; Sales tax 872.55; Permit 10.00; Interest 23.09. Total Receipts, 1,747.96. Total Cash 120,950.04.
Disbursements, ($4,698.09); Ending Balance $116,251.95.
SEWER: Beginning Balance, $32,054.01. Receipts – services, 890.00; Interest .22. Total receipts 890.22. Total cash 32,944.23.

Items of discussion included: noise complaints, nuisances, notice on drainage permit and upcoming meeting, information from insurance adjuster, roof repairs needed, park shelter, park ditch, town clean up.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve a mobile home permit from Linus Jankord.
Kerwin Schultz asked board to consider his resignation from the board.  Motion was made, seconded and passed to accept resignation. Motion was made, seconded and passed to appoint Bob Adler to fill vacancy on the board.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
Next meeting is set for August 8th, 2022 at 7 p.m.
