May 8, 2023
The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:07 p.m. on May 8, 2023, with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Darwin Erickson, Paula and David Nelson and Donna Johnson. Absent: Bob Adler.
The agenda was adopted.
The minutes and financial statements were approved.  Claims list was approved.

Items of discussion included: numerous complaints from Paula Nelson. 
Darwin Erickson left meeting. His term was up and he did not want to be appointed to fill vacancy. The board thanks Darwin for his years of service to the town.
Because there was not a quorum at this time, the meeting was continued to May 15 at 7 p.m.

May 15, 2023
The Town Board of Revillo met on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 7 p.m. to continue their regular meeting with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Bob Adler and Donna Johnson.
Items of discussion included nuisances including unlicensed vehicles, items from yards blowing around, messy lots, clean up days, update on sewer lines, metal detector, landline, bridge at park, lawn mower, insurance, streets.
Finance officer was directed to send letters regarding nuisances to a list of at least 12 residents.  The board is asking to help clean up the appearance of the town.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the malt beverage license for Schmiedings Garage.  The malt beverage application for Charlie’s was tabled until next Monday, May 22, when the owners will meet with the board to discuss.  
Motion made, seconded and passed to purchase new lawn mower and advertise present lawn mower for sealed bids. John Deere Z655 54” zero turn, approx. 570 hours, nine years old.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. Special meeting set for May 22, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.

A special meeting of the Town Board of Revillo was held on May 22, 2023, at 7:30 p.m with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Bob Adler, Donna Johnson, Dustin Schafer and Michelle Lewno.
Malt beverage application for Charlie’s Place was discussed.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the malt beverage application for Charlie’s.
