NOTICE
SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
The Town of LaBolt, South Dakota is seeking sealed bids for the following property declared surplus:
Town of LaBolt, Block 4, N ½ of lot 18 and all of lots 19 & 20
Lot Area:  127.5’ x 155’
Bidding requirements:
• Bidder must clearly state the amount in which they plan to pay if offer should be accepted
• The Bidder understands and agrees that the property is offered, purchased and accepted by the bidder “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” The Town makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Sealed bids will be accepted until September 11, 2020 by 5 p.m.
• Bids will be opened on September 14, 2020 during the LaBolt Town Board meeting at the LaBolt Fire Hall in LaBolt, SD.
• The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
• If accepted the closing will be held 60 days of the date the Town signs the Purchase Agreement accepting the Bidder’s offer.
