STEVEN T. HORNING, Personal Representative of THE ESTATE OF HAROLD B. HENLEY;
DANIEL HENLEY, TIMOTHY HENLEY, RICKY HENLEY, TROY HENLEY, and KARI OLSON, the children of Harold B. Henley;
THE ESTATE OF RONALD L. WALKER;
THE FRANCIS M. WALKER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated 12/26/1990;
RANDY WALKER, LANNY WALKER, RONALD R. WALKER, DAVID WALKER, AND DANIEL WALKER, the children of Ronald L. Walker and Frances M. Walker; and,
JOHN DOE defendants, being all persons unknown who have or claim to have any interest or estate in or lien or encumbrance upon the premises described in the Complaint,
Defendants.

TO THE ABOVE-NAMED
DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, which was filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, at Milbank in Grant County, South Dakota, on the 27th day of January, 2020, and which prays for a judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situated in said county, to wit:  Grant County, and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint on the undersigned at their office at Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C., PO Box 970, Aberdeen, SD  57402-0970, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and such service of the Summons upon you shall be deemed completed upon the fourth and final publication of this Summons; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves real property situated in the County of Grant, State of South Dakota described as follows: 
Lot One (1) of Prairie View Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section Six (6), Township One Hundred Twenty (120) North, Range Fifty-one (51) West of the Fifth P.M., in the Sisseton and Wahpeton Indian Reservation, according to the plat thereof of record, subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record, if any.
