2011 INTL SCHOOL BUS
Pursuant to the provisions of SDCL 6-13-4, notice is hereby given that the School Board of Summit School District 54-6, has declared the 2011 INTL School Bus as surplus property at the regular August 12th, 2026 school board meeting, no longer necessary, useful, or suitable for the purpose it was acquired and has ordered the same sold by sealed bid.
Sealed bids for the 2011 INTL School Bus will be publicly opened and read at the Summit School District 54-6 regular Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 board meeting at 6 p.m. Please mark bid envelope “Sealed Bid for 2011 INTL School Bus.”
The School Board shall sell such property to the highest bidder. Furthermore, it is the winning bidder’s responsibility to remove said items that are located at Summit School, 400 W. Sherman Ave., Summit, SD 57266, within a suitable time frame arranged through School Administration.
The above-described surplus property is being sold “as is-where is” with no warranty implied or expressed by the Summit School District 54-6. The Summit School District 54-6 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Summit School District 54-6 also reserves the right to award the bid to the highest responsible bidder as may be determined by the School Board.
