Summer Food Program Site Slated for Big Stone School 2024
The Big Stone City School officials announce the summer food service program (SFSP) sponsorship. Breakfast and lunch will be served to all children, 18 years or under, at no charge. Meals will be provided at the Big Stone City School, 655 Walnut Street.
Meals can be picked up as to-go meals for breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. and lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as to-go meals only. On Thursdays, patrons may receive to-go meals for breakfast and lunch for Friday and Saturday.
Services will started Tuesday, May 28, and continue through August 8.
Anyone over 18 will be charged $5 for breakfast or lunch. Between July 1 and 5, and July 22 to 26, there will be no SFSP service.
