Lloyd Street from East Milbank Avenue to Bell Avenue; Park Avenue from Ninth Street to the end near Bulldog Avenue; Courthouse Street from Fifth Avenue to Park Avenue; Detention Street from Fifth Avenue to Park Avenue, and at Lake Farley – Gall Drive and Hartman Drive from Gall Drive to the beach playground.
Overlay projects are planned in these locations:
West Seventh Avenue from Highway 15 to Madison Street; Harriet Street from West Seventh Avenue to West Sixth Avenue and from West Sixth Avenue to West Fourth Avenue; South Second Street from about a block south of 12th Avenue south to the end, and the new campground at Lake Farley, plus the bike/pedestrian trail at Lake Farley.
A definite timeline has not been established for each area.
