Skywarn Spotter Training Slated
for April 27
Grant County Emergency Management and the National Weather Service in Aberdeen will host Skywarn spotter training from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.
During the two-hour session, participants will learn how thunderstorms form, ways to stay safe during severe weather and how to become a citizen scientist and report severe weather.
The training will be conducted at the Milbank fire department at 301 E 4th Ave. There is no cost to attend.
