NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on July 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. over teleconference via Zoom to consider in full or in part the following proposed Conditional Use Permit Application request from Lloyd and Karen Tillma on the following legal description: LOT 1 TILLMA FARMS SUBDIV IN NW1/4 Section 9-120-49 of the 5th p.m. Grant County, South Dakota

• A Conditional Use Permit, CUP06042020, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.18: Conditional Uses in the “A” Agricultural Zoning District #18 – Home Extended Business. The applicants, Lloyd and Karen Tillma are requesting a conditional use permit to operate a private campground.

Based on current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, this meeting will be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. Written comments may be filed by emailing the Zoning Officer at Krista.Atyeo-Gortmaker@grantcountysd.us  or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer or County Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on July 10, 2020. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on July 10, 2020.
