BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD
ON A PROPOSED
DRAINAGE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.
1. Permit DR2021-20 for Blake Sime of 16315 484th Ave, Revillo, SD, 57259, and Brian Sime, of 16228 482nd Ave, Revillo, SD, 57259 for properties located West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Adams West Township) and owned by;
A. Blake & Brenda Sime of 16315 484th Ave, Revillo, SD 57259; for N ½ N of RTY, Section 23, Township 118, Range 48, and the NW 1/2 of Section 24, Township 118, Range 48,
B. Calvin Bandt Family Trust of 205 Mill Street, #s-301, Excelsior, MN, 55331; for SW1/4 EX 1 A, of Section 14, Township 118, Range 48,
C. Brian and Debra Sime of 16228 482nd Ave, Revillo, SD 57259; for SE1/4 EX ROAD & EX LOT 4 STUART & LUCILLE SIME ADDITION BUT of Section 14, Township 118, Range 48.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
