NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on August 2, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave., Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit requested by Jacob Ebsen. 
The request, if granted, would permit a Drive Thru Coffee Shop, Chapter  17.11.04 and determine Area Regulations, Chapter 17.11.05. The property is identified as 402 W 4th Ave. Lot 1 Block 11 West End Addition, City of Milbank, Zoned B-1, Limited Business District.
All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by or prior to said hearing, you may email comments to cityadministrator@milbanksd.com or  may file written comments with the City Administrator at 1001 E 4th Ave., Suite 301, Milbank, South Dakota.
