Portion of West Milbank Avenue to be Closed Temporarily

West Milbank Avenue will be closed to traffic while the two railroad crossings owned by BNSF Railway are replaced. The crossings are located between South Dakota Highway 15 and Hanson’s Salvage. The work is slated to begin today, Wednesday, September 16, and conclude by the end of Friday, September 18. The public is encouraged to plan alternative routes.
