County Courthouse
The project that will include the installation of an elevator and removal of the stair lift at the Grant County Courthouse, as reported in the October 16 issue of the Grant County Review, will result in the temporary loss of parking space near the courthouse.
To help alleviate the limitations of available parking spots, the county officials reached out to representatives of Wells Fargo Bank, who have cordially granted permission for members of the county staff and the public to park in the bank’s parking lot south of its building. The parking lot is north of the courthouse, across Fifth Avenue.
Karen Layher, Grant County administrator and commission assistant, expressed appreciation to the bank’s management team for offering the temporary solution during the construction process.
