AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PROVISIONS CONCERNING ZONING APPLICATION BY THE CITY BY AMENDING SECTION 17.03.01 OF THE MILBANK MUNICIPAL CODE.

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Milbank, South Dakota that Section 17.03.01 of the Milbank Municipal code, be amended by Ordinance 844, to classify the following property:  Original Townsite Lots 1-12, Block 13; Original Townsite Lot 13, Block 13; Original Townsite Lots 1,2,3,11,12,13, N 42’ of Lot 10, Block 48; Original Townsite Lots 1-4, Block 49 to the City of Milbank to I1 (Light Industrial) from B1 (Limited Business District).

Passed and adopted this 12th day of September 2022.
