A Motion to appoint a receiver for Roger Hanson and Peter Hanson, heirs whose whereabouts are unknown having been filed and no one appearing in objection thereto, now therefore,
IT IS:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that June Van Asch is appointed as the receiver for Roger Hanson and Peter Hanson, heirs herein, whose whereabouts are unknown.
