Options for Women to Host Outreach Clinic in Milbank
Options for Women of Ortonville, MN, has partnered with Building Our Families to host a free outreach clinic on Wednesday, October 29, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Building Our Families office located at 221 S. Main Street Suite Four in Milbank.
Heather Nelson, Options for Women client advocate, will be available to discuss the services Options for Women provides. Beth Hernandez works as a Spanish language translator for Options for Women, and she will be present as well.
Organizers of the Wednesday outreach event suggest those planning to attend schedule appointments, but walk-ins are also welcome. Appointments can be made by calling 320-487-0111 or emailing frontdesk@optionsorton-ville.com
Services range from pregnancy tests and prenatal care to parenting education, fatherhood and motherhood programs, as well as adoption referrals. All services are confidential and free of charge. There are no requirements or qualifications needed to receive services.
The Ortonville office also houses a Baby Boutique. Clients can watch educational videos to earn points to redeem in the boutique with items including car seats, cribs, diapers, baby formula, toys and gift cards.
Options for Women collaborates with other public and private agencies to assist families and individuals in receiving services that best fit their needs.
Options for Women is a non-profit, privately-funded organization stationed out of Morris, MN. Their client advocates work with families and expecting mothers to provide support services and alternatives to abortion.
