The following office will become vacant due to the expiration of terms of an office for the following elective officer:

  ONE TRUSTEE FOR A THREE YEAR TERM

  Nominating petitions may be filed in the office of the Finance Officer located at 214 West Sherman Ave (605-881-2469) between the hours of 6 and 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time not earlier than January 27 and no later than 5 p.m. on the 24th day of February 2023.
