BY TOWN OF REVILLO

The Town of Revillo is offering Lots 14, 15, 16 of Block 15 for sale. Sealed bids will be accepted until February 6th, 2020 at 7 p.m. and opened at the regular February meeting scheduled for February 10th. The purchaser of said property must have plans to build a structure with an assessed value of at least $40,000. The board is requesting a minimum bid of $1,500 for these three lots. The Town Board has the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A draft of the building plans must accompany the bid. Sealed bids can be sent to PO Box 4, Revillo, SD 57259 or given to any board member. The Town of Revillo is an equal opportunity provider, and employer.
