LISA L. GABRIEL AKA LISA L. HAMANN, AND GREAT WESTERN BANK AND ANY PERSON IN POSSESSION,

Defendants.

A Non-Monetary Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, which judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on February 10, 2020 in the amount of $55,060.78, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to said judgment that the real property described in the Real Estate Mortgage dated November 10, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant  County, South Dakota, on November 16, 2004, in Book 310, at Page 597, as Instrument Number 207902. which Lisa L Gabriel AKA Lisa L. Hamann , mortgagor, executed and delivered to Great Western Bank, mortgagee, for the property located at 104 East Park Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252, and legally described as:

North 118.25 feet of Outlot 36A, City 

of Milbank, Grant County, according 

to plat thereof on file and of record 

in Plat Envelope 186 in the office of 

Register of Deeds of said county and 

state

in order to realize the amount of the above-referenced judgment, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount, together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Grant County Sheriff, at the main entrance of the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, South Dakota 57252, on July 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
