Judgment in the amount of $87,246.48 having been entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, which Judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on November 26, 2019, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to said Judgment that the real property described in the Mortgage dated March 31, 2015, which Kathryn A. Ash, President of Tri State Properties, LLC, Mortgagor, executed and delivered to Great Western Bank, Mortgagee:
THE NORTH HALF (N1/2) OF LOT
TEN (10) AND ALL OF LOTS
ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12),
BLOCK THIRTY-THREE (33), 
ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, CITY OF
MILBANK, GRANT COUNTY,
SOUTH DAKOTA
and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant County, South Dakota, on April 2, 2015, in Book 416, Page 467 (12 pages), Document #229174, in order to realize the amount of $125,000.00, as of March 31, 2015, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount at the rate of 3.250% per year together with costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Grant County, South Dakota, and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Sheriff of Grant County, South Dakota, at the front door of the Grant County Courthouse in Milbank, South Dakota, on February 28, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. 
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
