NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRANSFER APPLICATION OF A

RETAIL (ON-SALE) LIQUOR

LICENSE AND RETAIL (ON-OFF SALE) MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on January 19, 2021, in the Community Room at the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 E 5th Avenue at 9 a.m., and consider the following application for 

1. The transfer of a retail (on-sale) liquor license for the remainder of the license period of January 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2021

2. The transfer of a retail (on-off sale) malt beverage license for the remainder of the license period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021

FROM:  BitterSweet Lodge, license held by Sally Bisgard, located at 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266 (Lura Township). Legal description of: South 200’ of the W 300’ of Govt Lot 4 in the SW ¼ in Section 7, Twp 120, Range 51, Grant County.

TO:  BitterSweet Lodge, license transfer to Melissa and Lance O’Farrell, located at 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266 (Lura Township). Legal description of: South 200’ of the W 300’ of Govt Lot 4 in the SW ¼ in Section 7, Twp 120, Range 51, Grant County. 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of said applications.
