ON A PROPOSED Commercial PROPERTY FOR A

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Big Stone City Community Room to consider in full or in part the following Conditional Use Permit:

Application by Patrick and Diane Dwyer at 859 Elm Street, for a change of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone City, for an Automotive Repair shop located at Consolidated Plat Lots 17-20 and half of a Vacated Alley Block 70.

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Planning and Zoning at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Finance Officer, 400 Washington Street, PO Box 246, Big Stone City, SD 57216
