NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 12, 2022 at 6 p.m., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by JanMark LLC.
The request, if granted, would permit an additional commercial rental storage facility (size 50’x380’) be built on the property with a setback of 10’ on the rear. Chapter 17.14.06. The proposed use is permitted, commercial rental storage facility. The property is identified as BRACHTS ADDN in SE1/4 LTS 102 & 103 (2.92 acres), City of Milbank, SD, Zoned I1, Light Industrial District.
To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
