BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 4 p.m. in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request by Brian Anderson on the following legally described property: Lot 3 Ron Fenner 2nd Subdivision and Lot 5 Ron Fenner Addn in NE 1/4, Section 23-120-49 (Grant Center) Grant County, South Dakota:
Conditional Use Permit Application, CUP07252022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.24: Conditional Uses in the "A" Agricultural Zoning District #24 - Kennel. The applicant, Brian Anderson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a kennel.
