NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATIONS FOR SALE OF MALT BEVERAGES AND LIQUOR FOR A ONE-DAY SPECIAL EVENT JULY 2023

NOTICE IN HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council in and for the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, on the 3rd day of January 2023, at the hour of 5:30 p.m. at the city office building, will meet in regular session to consider a one-day application for an Alcoholic Beverage License (Malt Beverage and On-Sale Liquor) to operate within the municipality for the Fire Department on July 7, 8 & 9, 2023.  The following dates are in case of a rain out July 14, 15 & 16, 2023. The following application has been presented to the City Finance Officer and filed in the City Office.

Big Stone City & Rural Fire Dept., E85 ½ of Lots 2, 3 & 4, Block 39, and E 44’ of Lots 5, 6, 7 & 8, ex alley of 8’ of Lot 5 Block 39 & W 10’ of vacated Cornell Street, Consolidated Plat

  Retail Malt Beverage and Retail (On-Sale) Liquor, 3 day, July 7, 8 and 9, 2023

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
