NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday, February 13, 2023, in the Visitor Center Community Room located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue, Milbank, at 7 p.m., and will consider a special event application requested by The Pump 2.0 LLC, RB-26404. 

Event: Bent Arrow Archery Shoot

Location: School House Suites, 307 S 5th St, Milbank, South Dakota

Date & Time: Saturday March 4, 2023, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said application.
