APPLICATION FOR SALE OF

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet in regular session on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Milbank Visitor Center at 7:00 p.m., and will consider the following applications within the City of Milbank:

Retail (on-off sale) Wine License (5.02.050)

Milbank Hospitality Group, LLC dba The Bank, 301 S Main St, Milbank.

The North 21’ of lot 17, all of Lot 18, Block 7, Original Townsite, City of Milbank, SD.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of said application.
