PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Kenneth Wiseman, personal representative of the Estate of Donald V. Wiseman, deceased, proposes to sell real property described as  THE SOUTH HALF (S ½) OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2) OF BARTLETT’S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MILBANK, EXCEPT EIGHT FEET (8’) DEEDED TO THE CITY OF MILBANK FOR ALLEY PURPOSES, GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, subject to easements and reservations of record, to Galen and Janet Zemlicka for the sum of $50,000.00.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing is scheduled before this Court on the 28th day of February 2023 at one o’clock p.m.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you object to this sale you must appear personally. If you object to the sale price, you must increase the bid by 5% of the current bid to open a public auction on this transaction.

Terms will be 10% of the high bid price paid at the time of the hearing and the balance to be paid upon proof of delivery of title.
