NOTICE OF INTENT TO MINE
Notice is hereby given that a mining operation is to be conducted by Wm. D. Scepaniak, Inc., 572 4th Street South, Holdingford, MN 56340. 
*The resident agent is CT Corporation, 1-877-467-3525, Account # 9401930356.
Legal location of the mine: W1/2 of NW 1/4 T117, R51, S36.
General location of the mine: On 171st ST between Kranzburg Ave. and 171st ST, Owner Modak Dairy.
Material to be mined: Road Gravel.
The operation is to begin by May 7th, 2020 and will be completed to include final reclamation by July 30th, 2022.
Proposed future use of the affected land: final reclamation will consist of regrading, replacing topsoil, and reseeding to allow the area to be returned to Bean field.
