NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a Verified Petition for Adult Name Change has been filed by Claire Autumn Natalie-Lees the object and prayer of which is to change Petitioner’s name from Claire Autumn Natalie-Lees to Claire Autumn Natalie. On the 14th day of April, 2020, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. said verified petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Dawn Elshere Presiding, at the Court Room in the Grant County Courthouse, City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court.
