NOTICE OF
COUNTY REAL ESTATE SALE
    Whereas, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Grant, South Dakota, has directed the within described real property acquired by said county by tax proceedings to be sold as provided by law.
    Now, therefore, pursuant to the direction of the Board of Commissioners of Grant County, South Dakota, notice is hereby given that the County Auditor of Grant County, South Dakota, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, subject to the confirmation of the Board of Commissioners of said County on the first floor lobby in the Courthouse, in the City of Milbank, County of Grant, State of South Dakota, on the 24th day of September, 2019 at the hour of 9:00 AM of said day, the following real estate situated in the County of Grant, State of South Dakota, to wit:

    Parcel:  26.00.56.07, Legal Description: Lot 7, Block 56, Original Townsite, City of Milbank
    Parcel:  26.00.65.12, Legal Description: Lot 12, Block 65, Original Townsite, City of Milbank
    This property will be sold for cash. The governing board has the right to reject any and all bids. At the commissioner meeting following payment, if the sale is approved, a quit claim deed will be recorded.
