NOTICE OF BIDS
Pursuant to the provisions of SDCL 6-13-4, notice is hereby given that the School Board of the Wilmot School District #54-7 has declared the 2010 Dodge Caravan as surplus property at the regular September 9, 2026 school board meeting, no longer necessary, useful, or suitable for the purpose it was acquired and has ordered the same sold by sealed bid.
Sealed bids for the 2010 Dodge Caravan will be publicly opened and read at the Wilmot School District #54-7 regular Monday, October 12, 2026 board meeting at 7 p.m. Please mark bid envelope, “Sealed Bid for 2010 Dodge Caravan”. Sealed bids are due in the Business Office by 3 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2026.
The School Board shall sell such property to the highest bidder. Furthermore, it is the winning bidder’s responsibility to remove said items that are located at the Wilmot School District, 800 Ordway St., within a suitable time frame arranged through Wilmot School Administration.
The above-described surplus property is being sold “as is-where is” with no warranty implied or expressed by the Wilmot School District #54-7. The Wilmot School District #54-7 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Wilmot School District #54-7 also reserves the right to award the bid to the highest responsible bidder as may be determined by the School Board.
